VarSigma’s products and services are provided by VarSigma consulting Private Limited, located in New Delhi, India. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of VarSigma’s website, applications, and other products and services (“Services”). Using VarSigma
Eligibility to Use
You may use our Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
Our License to You
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to share your account access or any related materials with third parties.
Content and Offerings
Changes to Offerings
VarSigma reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any course or content (“Content Offerings”) without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued for any such changes.
No Academic Credit
Participation in or completion of any course does not confer any academic credit unless explicitly indicated by a recognized Indian educational institution. VarSigma and its partners are not obligated to ensure the recognition of certificates or content by other entities.
Fees and Paid Services
All fees for VarSigma’s Services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Participants who fail to meet the requirements of any Content Offering, or are otherwise dissatisfied with their performance or experience, are not eligible for refunds.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, VarSigma disclaims liability for any loss, including indirect or consequential losses, arising from the use of our Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Refund Policy
Effective as of January 1, 2020
At VarSigma, we uphold a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy for all our paid services, including course enrollments, certifications, and other offerings. By registering for or subscribing to any paid service, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Fees
- Non-Refundable: All fees paid to VarSigma are non-refundable, regardless of whether the services have been utilized or the course has been accessed.
- Non-Transferable: The fees paid for one course or service are strictly limited to that specific course or service and cannot be transferred to another course, program, or participant. Even if the enrolled course or service has not been accessed or utilized, the fee will not be adjusted or credited towards another course or offering.
This policy applies uniformly to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our operations.
Security and Conduct
We prioritize the security of user data. However, VarSigma cannot guarantee the complete security of information transmitted over the internet. Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts and must notify us of any unauthorized use.
Participants must adhere to high standards of integrity, particularly during examinations or assessments. Any form of malpractice, such as sharing or recording exam materials, will result in immediate disqualification and may attract legal action.
Participant Honor Code
All participants in VarSigma’s courses and Services must adhere to the following code of conduct to maintain the integrity of our educational offerings:
- Account Usage:
- I will register for only one account, unless expressly permitted by VarSigma to register for additional accounts.
- Academic Integrity:
- My answers to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments will be my own work, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the assignment instructions.
- I will not make solutions to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, or other assignments available to anyone else. This includes solutions I create as well as those provided by course staff or others.
- Prohibited Activities:
- I will not engage in activities intended to dishonestly improve my results or harm the results of others.
- I will not record, reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from VarSigma Services.
- I will not take screenshots, pictures, or make any form of screen/audio recording of course content, including but not limited to videos, quizzes, text, sample question papers, or examination question papers.
- Examination Integrity:
- I will take all examinations with the highest standards of integrity.
- I will not engage in any attempt to record, store, or distribute examination question papers or answers. Violations will result in immediate revocation of my enrollment and may lead to legal action.
Failure to comply with the Honor Code will result in disciplinary action, including removal from the course or program, and possible legal action if warranted.
Examination Integrity and Disqualification Policy
Maintaining the integrity of our examinations is of utmost importance as they are designed to award credentials that hold professional value. Any form of malpractice during an examination will lead to immediate disqualification and may result in further actions, including revocation of enrollment or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
Grounds for Disqualification
Candidates will be disqualified from the examination due to numerous indications of malpractice, which include but are not limited to the following:
- Searching for Exam Questions or Answers Online:
Any attempt to look up answers or related content online during the examination is a direct violation of examination integrity. - Stepping Away from the Camera:
Moving out of the proctoring camera’s view during the examination without prior approval or valid reasons constitutes malpractice. - Using Mobile Phones or Other Unauthorized Devices:
Operating mobile phones, tablets, or any device other than the approved examination device is strictly prohibited. - Attempting to Record, Share, or Store Exam Content:
Any effort to record, capture, or distribute examination materials (e.g., questions, answers) in any format will result in immediate action.
General Policy on Malpractice
This list is not exhaustive. Any behavior that raises concerns about the integrity of the examination, even if not explicitly stated in these guidelines, may lead to disqualification. We reserve the right to disqualify candidates based on:
- Observed irregularities during the examination.
- Data captured by our proctoring software indicating suspicious activities.
- Other evidence that suggests dishonest practices.
Importance of Examination Integrity
This is a credential-awarding examination, and we are committed to ensuring its credibility and fairness for all participants. Instances of malpractice compromise the value of the credential and are therefore taken very seriously.
By participating in this examination, you agree to abide by these rules and understand that any violation will result in disqualification, with no opportunity for reattempt or refund for the disqualified examination.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise the Terms at our sole discretion at any time.Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
